The Charter Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring every Tru Air Advisors private charter flight is executed flawlessly. You will coordinate all logistical aspects of each trip, including flight scheduling, ground transportation, catering, and special client requests.
This position requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to perform under pressure, and strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams. You will ensure all documentation meets FAA and international aviation regulations, proactively manage any in-flight or ground-based disruptions, and support real-time aircraft tracking to maintain punctuality and operational integrity.
